At Nando’s, we offer all our Nandocas a range of amazing benefits. Ensuring your identity is secure allows you to stay safe when accessing these benefits. Follow these two simple steps to keep your benefits secure:

  • Never share your login details (email address / password) with anyone

  • When using public computers, log out when you have finished


1.     HOW DO I GET AN EMPLOYEE ID?

The good news is that you already have one! All Nandocas have a 6 digit Employee ID – this is the same as your payroll number / clock-in number / employee number. Not sure of yours? Please contact your Patrão.

2. HOW DO I UPDATE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?

You'll need to:

a)    Log into My Nando's

b)    Click Personal (across the top of the screen):

c)     Click on the Contact details (Email address) box:

d)    Add / edit your email address:

If you have any issues logging into My Nando’s please email People Support with your

• Full Name

• Date of birth

• 1st line of address

• Clock in number

3.     HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?

You'll need to go through a one-time activation process to activate your account and set a password:

a)    Make sure you're using the most recent version of the app (your phone should update automatically but you may need to update it via the Google or Apple app stores)

b)    Follow the instructions within the updated app

4.     HOW DO I CREATE A PASSWORD?

This is part of the one-time activation process. Follow the instructions within the updated app.

5.     HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

Forgotten your password? No problem. You can reset it by following these steps:

a)    Open this page: https://nandos.okta.com

b)    Click Help and Privacy Notices:

c)     Click Forgot password?

d)    Enter your email address and click Reset via Email:

e)    Follow the instructions in the email you have received:

f)      Click the Reset Password link:

g)     Answer your secret question and click Reset Password:

h)    Enter a new password into both boxes and click Reset Password:

i)      That’s it! You can now close your browser.

6.     HOW DO I ACCESS LOJA AND PERKBOX?

No change here! You can continue to access Loja and Perkbox via the Nandoca App.

7.     HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE NANDOCA APP?

Search for "Nandoca App" in the Apple / Google app stores and install as normal.

8.     HOW DO I ACCESS USING A NEW DEVICE?

Search for "Nandoca App" in the Apple / Google app stores and install as normal. You will not need to activate your account again.

9.  HOW DO I GET MY LOGIN DETAILS FOR MY NANDO’S?

Please contact the People Support team.

10.  HOW CAN I GET FURTHER HELP IF I AM UNABLE TO LOG IN?

Please contact the People Support team with any other queries.
